Cancellation Policy and Refunds Policy
We offer various courses and programs for sale. By purchasing these products, You are given immediate “lifetime access” to all of their contents for your own personal use. You also agree that you will not modify, edit, copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, or in any way exploit any of the courses or programs in any manner. Our courses and programs may not be sold or redistributed without the express written consent of the Company.
“Lifetime access” refers to the lifetime of the course or program and not the lifetime of the purchaser (You) or the lifetime of the Company. If the course or program is due to be discontinued or cancelled, You will be given one month of notice prior to its termination, during which time You will be able to download any existing materials available.
If the content You purchased is not what You expected, you can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase. To request a refund, please email the following address with details on the course or program You would like refunded: luisa@lulubluestudio.com. We reserve the right to apply Your refund as a refund credit to Our platform, Our partners’ platform, or a refund to Your original payment method, at Our discretion. If Your refund is granted, You will no longer have access to the product You purchased from Us.
If We believe You are abusing our refund policy, We reserve the right to deny Your refund and, at Our discretion, deny You from other future refunds, terminate Your account, and/or restrict all future use of Our Services.
